How do I Learn the YouTube algorithm as a small YouTuber in 2021?

The main goal is not to beat the algorithm and be its friend.
There are 5 points that make friends with the YT Algorithm,
Title
Definition
Thumbnail
Words you mentioned in the video (Yes this is true and there)
Tags (Most important of all)
We will continue with it one by one,
Title
The title of the video is important as it is the way the youtube algorithm will know what to look for when someone enters a keyword into their search engine. So keep in mind when setting your video title. The keyword should be carefully researched. If you put the "health benefits of brocolli" in the title and the video talks about selling food at the restaurant, people will just not look much. This will reduce your engagement rate and the YouTube algorithm will leave you permanently. So DO A GOOD WORD RESEARCH.
2. Definition
Of course the definition is important. It is generally noted that the algorithm will take your two to three keywords in the description and will rate the video in sequence. You can always hire someone from fiverr to do all this work for you or you can do it yourself if you don't have the budget for such a thing. Choose your name in your first sentence well and you're done !!
3. THUMBNAIL
If you are new to the field make sure your thumbnails are consistent in them. Your first video art should not say “5 stupid ways to waste water on you” and the next video has a completely different art with Godzilla image on it. NO if you are new to this so consensus is important. Have your own photo and other artwork showing what the video might suggest. Then your photo also has something in another video. (Your image in all thumbnails can do just that)
4. Names in the video
Now this is controversial, but it is, Keep in mind the words that are relevant to your keyword research in your video as well. This gives you less power than others in the same niche.
5. Video tags.
An easy way to find your video in a list of suggestions for other videos that make up your niche is to use their meta tags (Can be accessed using the free social blade plugin). DO NOT copy the meta tags, take half of them normally pointing to a niche. The other part should be yours. Your tags should be that even if you are only shown tags, you should be able to say what the video will be about. For example, if a video is about training a dog to stay tagged it could be "Training Dogs", "Dogs", "Sitting", "Pets", "Dog Training" etc. You get the point.
